Your Photo Session with Us
We do our best to make every photo session a memorable and fun experience for everyone involved. Having an engagement shoot or family portrait session with us is pretty much like going on a fun day trip accompanied by your personal paparazzi (in a good way, of course!). My fiancée assists me on all photo shoots, so you can rest assured that your flyaway hairs and fading lipstick are taken care of!
Life with a Touch of Art!
When capturing the moments, we aim to keep you comfortable, relaxed, and “feeling like yourself.” I add my touch of art from behind the camera, as well as during the processing phase. For every hour of shooting, I spend about 1 to 2 hours on processing and enhancement of the images. I don’t like to completely alter reality, though, so don’t expect to see blue skies on a cloudy day!

We’re currently planning our own wedding, so we know what you’re going through and what your expectations are. Wedding planning can sometimes be a headache! We work closely together as a team, and once we’re on board for your big day, we’ll do everything we can to make sure that photography goes on your “no stress” list.

How far in advance of the big day should we contact you?
It’s never too early! Once the date is set, please call us to schedule a consultation and/or reserve your date. If you want an engagement session, I recommend doing that at least two months before the wedding. Dates are not reserved until we receive the deposit.
We want to take a “test drive” before hiring you. How can we do this?
A great way to do this is by booking an engagement session with me. The cost is $450 for a half-day shoot, and half of that amount will go back to you to spend toward a wedding package if you choose to hire me for the big day. I highly recommend an engagement session for every couple, as it’s a great way for my assistant and me to get to know you.
How do we check your availability and reserve a date?
Just call 510.755.8008 or send me an email. Please include as much information about your wedding as is currently available (i.e. date, time, location). I’ll respond to you within 24 hours with my availability. Your date will officially be reserved when we receive your deposit.
We’re on a tight budget. How flexible are your rates & packages?
I try to keep the quality of my work high, and my rates affordable. Perfect for stylish couples with high standards and tight budgets! Times are tough, and every couple (including my fiancée and me!) wants beautiful wedding photographs, but are afraid they can’t afford them. During our initial consultation, we’ll work with you to determine what your budget is, and then figure out what we can do to keep within your budget. We’ll spend time learning about your priorities and desires, and go from there!
Our fully-customizable packages start at $2,750.
